Booking Conditions
BOOKINGS
Users may request advance booking by phone, Internet or fax, or directly addressing to Country Cottage Tablas de Daimiel.
The requested services shall be firm, attaching in each case requested proof of guarantee, which may be transfer in advance or credit card.
CANCELLATIONS
At all times, the user can cancel the services requested or contracted, being entitled to a refund of the amounts been paid, whether it is the total price or a partial deposit, but must compensate the management and cancellation fees to Country Cottage Tablas de Daimiel.
Management and Cancellation Fees: It covers expenses caused by adminstrative and computer bookings, banking shipping documentation and banking arrangements to repay the amounts. These expenses account for 10% of the total.
Penalties: Notwithstanding the above, the user or consumer will pay, in addition, a penalty of the total price if cancellation, consisting of:

Between 3 and 10 days before, 40%

Cancellation the day of travel / service, or absence on the date agreed for the provision of contracted services shall not be entitled to a refund of the amount paid, except in cases of force majeure demonstrable with agreement between the parties in other sense.
The procedure will be similar, and in the same proportion in case of permanent, partial annulment or reduction of contracted services.
